Internet Explorer 6 with Service Pack 1 (IE6 SP1) was released in 2002 as an updated version
of Internet Explorer 6. Besides general improvements, there are some enhancements and fixes
to known security issues, which can cause problems to our clients.
One problem we've seen is the MapGuide report. If you select a parcel and
click the report button on the top of the map window and select a report to view, you may see an
error message like this:
To fix the problem you will need to follow these steps to add your URL to your "trusted" internet sites
- On the menu of your browser, click Tools and select Internet Options.
- On the popup dialog, click Security tab. See the picture below.

- Now, select Trusted Sites icon and then click Sites... button.
This will bring up a new dialog on your screen as shown below.

- If the box "Required server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" is checked, click in that square box to uncheck it.
- In the "Add this Web site to the zone:" box, enter your url as shown in the picture.
- Click Add button on the dialog to add the URL to the box below it.
- Click OK button to close "Trusted Sites" dialog.
- Click OK button to close "Internet Options" dialog.
You're done!!!
